Purchases & Payment

By placing an order for any goods on the Website the Customer is offering to make the purchase on and subject to these Terms. Each order the Customer places will be a separate and binding agreement between you and the Kick *ss Outline brand with respect to the supply of the goods in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide the Kick *ss Outline brand with complete and accurate details when making a purchase. The Kick *ss Outline brand is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the Customer. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, The Kick *ss Outline brand is not liable for any errors made by a third-party carrier company.

All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax. The Kick *ss Outline brand is not responsible for applicable currency conversion rates and charges issued by your bank.

We reserve the right to alter the prices of goods on the Website without notice to the Customer.

You may opt to have your payment processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where a payment method can be selected. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to shop with the Kick *ss Outline brand.

Once Kick *ss Outline receives payment, you will be emailed an invoice confirming the order. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the the Kick *ss Outline Customer Care team. The Customer may be asked to provide additional identification or information to verify the transaction.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in the US where our fulfillment centers are located. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are intended as an estimate only and are subject delays.

Fraud

The Kick *ss Outline brand takes every measure against credit card fraud. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, The Kick *ss Outline brand will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information, Your Kick *ss Story Outline reserves the right to cancel the order. The Kick *ss Outline brand is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order.

Cancellation

The Kick *ss Outline brand reserves the right to reject an order for any reason at any time. If your order is rejected, you will be contacted and refunded.
